Ladakh has some of the tallest passes in the world and that is why it is also called the “land of high mountain passes”. Situated at least 3,500 Kms above sea level, the main city Leh lies enclosed between the great Himalayan, Karakoram, Zanskar, and Ladakh ranges. Famed for its alpine scenery, monasteries, and stupas, Ladakh is close to Tibet and is frequently referred to as “Little Tibet”.
When you arrive in Leh, you will be greeted by our representative, who will assist you in finding your hotel accommodation and will also serve you a welcome drink. To avoid HAS or High Altitude Sickness, it is recommended that you get a good rest. For the remainder of the day, get accustomed to Ladakh’s high-altitude weather.
